As legal counsel for [SUMMIT WEALTH Investment Education Foundation], I am issuing this attorney demand letter on behalf of [SUMMIT WEALTH Investment Education Foundation] regarding your infringement of its brand name and intellectual property.
[Based on feedback from community members of the SUMMIT WEALTH Investment Education Foundation, you have engaged in unauthorized activities, including the use of the SUMMIT WEALTH Investment Education Foundation’s brand identity, the personal image of Mentor PEDRO HILL, educational content from community courses, as well as intellectual property related to FINQbot and its AI patent applications.]
The aforementioned actions constitute a serious violation of [SUMMIT WEALTH Investment Education Foundation]’s intellectual property rights and the personal image rights of its representative(s). Under the provisions of the Colorado Unfair Competition Law and the United States Copyright Act, your actions represent serious and compounded legal violations.
We have collected and preserved relevant materials from the community, including screenshots and video evidence, which will be submitted as legal evidence if necessary.
Colorado, as a business-friendly state, places significant importance on the protection of intellectual property. Colorado courts are known for handling such cases with fairness and efficiency.
We demand that you immediately cease the infringing actions mentioned above and take the following remedial measures:
Remove all infringing logos, names, or other trademarks from your website, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Immediately stop using, selling, or distributing any infringing products or services.
Destroy all infringing materials in your possession.
Issue a public apology by video within the community.
Additionally, we demand compensation for all economic losses suffered by [SUMMIT WEALTH Investment Education Foundation] as a result of your infringement, including but not limited to lost profits, attorneys’ fees, and litigation costs.
If you fail to take the aforementioned measures within five (5) days, we will pursue further legal action, including but not limited to filing a lawsuit in the state of Colorado, seeking injunctive relief and damages.
Please be advised that this letter is intended solely for the use of [Name of the Infringing Party] and may not be disclosed to any third party without permission. Any unauthorized disclosure of this letter will result in legal action to hold you accountable.
